There are so many beautiful trails in Algonquin Park in Ontario, Canada. This one, along the Oxtougue River is also a favourite canoe route. Spending a week in October painting and sketching in the park was a rare treat. When you sit quietly, the animals slowly emerge from the forest and carry on their daily activities - a joy to watch.
