Old Souls, Exposed | 36x24 Acrylic Skins

Using only acrylic skins to create this painting, I wanted to capture the rocks that had been exposed, trees destroyed, things that had survived for hundreds of years – gone – in order to build a shopping mall and immence parking lot. It was raining, so the wet exposed the beautiful colours in the rock for all to see.
